Individual Therapy

  • Individual Therapy

I strive to meet clients wherever they are on their life path. We collaborate on their therapy goals. Our work can range from deep, soulful work to learning psychoeducation and coping skills. My work tends to focus on an individual’s relationship with self, others and the world around them as well as their relationship with their thoughts, feelings and behaviors.

My hope is therapy becomes a safe, trusted place where you can bring truth, find joy and peace, practice self-compassion, clarify your values, learn ways to sit with and tolerate discomfort at your own pace, and nurture your strengths and resilience.

I serve college students and adults across the lifespan. I integrate interpersonal therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and mindfulness approaches.
