I am not in-network with insurance in New York State. If you wish to use your insurance, please contact your insurance company about using my services as an out-of-network provider. I am happy to provide you with a list of common questions to ask your insurance company to learn more about your out of network benefits if that would be helpful. I can provide you with a receipt of services that you can give to your insurance provider if you are seeking reimbursement.
What is your rate? How long are sessions?
I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation to discuss your concerns, my practice including my therapy style and the session cost, and to see if we might be a good match. Session costs are based on a 50-minute therapy hour.
Can you say more about payment?
Payment is required at the time of service. Payment by cash, check or credit card is accepted.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you do not appear for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full session rate.
