Group Therapy
I am passionate about group work. Group therapy can be a rich space to build community and connection over a shared identity or shared experience, explore your patterns in relationships and practice new ways of relating with self and others.
Since 2004, I have extensive experience facilitating groups (both structured and interpersonal process-oriented therapy groups), providing group training seminars and supervising predoctoral psychology interns in delivering group therapy.

I am a dynamic speaker who enjoys engaging with participants through experiential exercises, visuals, thoughtful questions and more. I have facilitated numerous workshops, trainings and presentations over the years on a broad range of topics such as health and wellness (e.g., sleep, mindfulness and relaxation training, self-compassion, self-care, anxiety and worries, stress management, food and body-related concerns), healthy relationships, college student mental health, and diversity issues.
